We make our products with a respect for process and the best, most natural ingredients we can find.

Unprocessed, preservative-free products demand constant vigilance. So our plant sanitation procedures are rigorous and strict.  And we pay careful attention to how we handle our ingredients.

We’re also extremely particular about their selection. For example, just because one brand of artichoke or pepper or Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the “best” at one tasting, doesn’t mean it will still be the best six months later. So we are always tasting and testing to make sure that the ingredients we’re using are the very best available that day.
