French Onion Dip

Description

We’ve created a number of products based on requests from our customers, the store buyers at Whole Foods.   This “French Onion Dip” is one them.   Somehow, the idea of making an onion dip hadn’t occurred to us until one of our favorite buyers from Denver asked for it.  This is a pretty classic, old-time onion dip.   It’s the one to break out and serve with chips or crackers.  And P.S. – we don’t know why it’s called “French” onion dip either.

Ingredients:

Sour cream (cultured cream), dried onions, beef stock (salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, corn syrup solids, flavoring [dried onion, garlic], dried whey, caramel color, chicken fat).  Contains:  Milk, Soy.
