Pimento Cheese Spread

If you’re from Texas or the South, you already know what this is.   Our version is the classic Pimento Cheese: Distinct shreds of cheese mixed with bits of roasted red pepper, herbs and onions, then  blended with a rich mayonnaise to make it very spreadable at room temperature. Or, do what we do — heat it up and let it melt!

Ingredients:

Cheddar cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto), mayonnaise (soybean oil, water, egg yolk, distilled vinegar, salt, spice, lemon juice), sharp white cheddar cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes), roasted red peppers (red peppers, salt, citric acid), fresh green onion, fresh red onion, fresh garlic, dried dill. 

Contains:  Milk, Eggs.
