Smoked Gouda Pimento Cheese

We use a lightly smoked cheese for this most addictive of spreads.  If you like Pimento Cheese and if you’re fond of smoked tastes, this is for you.   All on its own a great sandwich…but try some other ideas, found here.

Ingredients:

Smoked Gouda cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, smoke flavoring, mayonnaise (soybean oil, corn syrup, egg yolk, distilled vinegar, salt, spices, lemon juice), white cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), green chilies, roasted red pepper (salt, citric acid), sour cream (cultured cream), fresh green onion, fresh red onion, fresh garlic, dried dill.
