Sweet "Homemade" Pastry

Spread Apricot Cream Cheese down the center of a Puff Pastry sheet. Top cream cheese with warmed Apricot Preserves. Fold up the dough. Brush with egg wash and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
